Dr. Pack completed undergraduate studies at Ricks College and Idaho State University and received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry. Dr. Pack grew up in Southeast Idaho and met his wife while attending Ricks College. He enjoys sports, photography, watching movies with his wife and spending time with his two young sons.

Crystal graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Yakima Valley College. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. The reason she enjoys working at Quincy Community Health Center is that she loves knowing that she is able to provide a service that will make a big difference in people’s lives. Crystal loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoys playing Volleyball and traveling.

“My goal is to make all of my patients feel welcomed and cared for at MLCHC.” Dr. Julia Sciuchetti is thrilled to be living and working in central Washington. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Carroll College, followed by earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Sciuchetti brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. As a second-generation dentist, she is proud to carry on her family’s passion for oral healthcare. She chose to join MLCHC because of the amazing staff, wonderful patients, and the great facilities. When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Sciuchetti enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, and swimming. She also loves reading a good book and cherishes moments with her family and friends.

Angela completed her undergraduate education in Mathematics at Idaho State University and graduated from Oregon Health and Science University with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Angela enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Haderlie graduated with his BA in Biology from Utah State University and his DDS from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. David completed his certificate and MDS in Endodontics from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Haderlie had worked at MLCHC and left to pursue his MDS in Endodontics only to return to us stating that he "enjoyed working at MLCHC and liked working with such a great team" so he decided to come back "to be part of a great organization".

Debra is a proud graduate of the University of Florida with both an undergraduate and a Doctor of Dental Medicine. She further honed her skills at a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital. When away from her practice, Debra loves spending quality time with her husband, three children, and grandson.

Donna received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She attended Big Bend Community College for her pre-requisites and graduated from Columbia Basin College's dental hygiene program. She has been with MLCHC since 2011 and started as a dental assistant until she pursued her career as a dental hygienist. Donna enjoys working here because she likes to help the people in our community and educate them on the importance of dental care and oral hygiene. Being bilingual is a great advantage for her when working with our patients, it helps her engage, communicate, and build trusting relationships. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending concerts, summertime on the lake, and watching her son play baseball.
