General & Family Dentistry in Richmond
Professional dental cleaning at Family Tree Dental removes plaque and tartar that cannot be eliminated through home brushing and flossing alone — particularly in the areas between teeth and along the gumline where buildup is most likely to develop into gum disease. Dr. Ching's team schedules cleanings as part of a broader health maintenance strategy, with each appointment also including an examination for early detection of decay, periodontal changes, and any other developing concerns. Regular professional cleanings are the single most cost-effective investment in long-term oral health.
Dental Implants in Richmond
Family Tree Dental provides dental implant services as a permanent, natural-looking solution for patients in Richmond who have lost one or more teeth. Unlike bridges or removable dentures, implants replace both the visible crown and the underlying root, preserving jawbone integrity at the extraction site and providing a stable foundation for chewing and speaking. The clinic's patient-focused approach means implant cases are assessed and planned with the same attention to detail and comfort that defines all care at the practice.
Invisalign & Clear Aligners in Richmond
Family Tree Dental offers Invisalign clear aligner orthodontic treatment for teenagers and adults in Richmond seeking straighter teeth without the visibility and dietary restrictions of traditional metal braces. Invisalign uses a series of custom-fabricated, removable clear trays to progressively move teeth toward the planned final position. Trays are changed at regular intervals, and treatment progress is monitored by Dr. Ching throughout. The removable nature of the trays means patients can eat, brush, and floss normally — maintaining their oral hygiene more easily than with fixed orthodontic appliances.
